  • Daily operations included management of fleet vehicles and equipment. Managed all employees from dispatch, Flaggers, Traffic Control Tech's, and Traffic Control Supervisors. Tracking of DVIR's and Pre Job Safety Briefings. Implemented scheduling and dispatch into daily routines to ensure customer satisfaction. Handled customer complaints as well as sales and rental needs for specific customers. Not limited to various amounts of other task's that are needed to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Held monthly safety meetings with the entire staff to ensure all employees knew of any and all concerns and upcoming safety needs. Open discussion are held to gain feedback and improve thing internally and externally for every individual. Conducted monthly Safety Committee meetings after monthly Safety Meetings with select individuals to report and document other concerns that have been brought to attention amongst their peers.   • As an ATSSA Instructor I conducted a multitudes of classes to properly train new hires for Flagging Operations to suite our company needs. Also conducted classes to re-certify team members to stay current with certification deadlines and needs to ensure our company stays up do date per ATSSA and Colorado gridline's.
