I have done all phases of hospitality maintenance, From pm rooms to trouble shooting ptacs, electrical outlets and switches. Plumbing, drywall repair, I am very good at matching textured repairs. Guest calls, I am a self motivator. In passing if I see something needed done, I do it. I have an awesome eye for attention to detail. I have a great work ethic and most of all a high level of common sense. I don't have any days I can not work including weekends, I just can not do a steady nights type schedule. Very dependable. There's nothing I can not learn or figure out. I'm now in my late 50's but will out work anyone. I am looking for long term employment. Both places I have worked I took it as my personal job to raise out scores and have succeeded. Previous employers can be contacted. I did not leave on bad terms. I believe in fixing things in a cheapest way possible but I do not do band aids. And I can not do steady nights. I can fill in, I can get called in anytime to do important calls, Guests locked out and belongings are locked in the room I'm only 30 minutes out. My negatives that have failed me. Being switched to nights, And I am 1000% in to reaching goals and making things better than yesterday, , If your not it will show.
