Responsible for the management of Microsoft O365, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Intune. Develop, implement, and maintain firm standards for desktop configurations, application delivery, and desktop security. Collaborates with peers, leaders and clinical stakeholders to develop, maintain, and, if necessary, execute IT business continuity plans to support Evergreen Teammates, JV partners, and patients.
Focus is placed on supporting and enhancing the deployment of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) in a multi-client, diverse environment. Working within a small team, responsibilities include executing device management across a large enterprise environment in collaboration with the cloud engineering team. Additional duties involve contributing to the development and maintenance of mobile device standards and staying updated on emerging technologies and capabilities.
Responsible for overall management and system administration of the enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM – AW - Intune) environment. This position is also responsible to coordinate and support operations, system configuration, and patches for the Endpoint Management Infrastructure with tools that include Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Group Policy and VDI technologies. Provide technical expertise to create and maintain stable and efficient endpoint images and builds, Microsoft Windows endpoint configuration, management, and reporting of software and hardware.
Daily tag-ups with executive personnel and will perform general IT maintenance tasks, resolving moderate to complex problems immediately; if needed, more complex IT issues will be coordinated with higher level support staff with the team member owning and tracking the issues through resolution. Will also recommend hardware and software solutions, including new product acquisitions and upgrades. Conduct training programs designed to educate organization’s computer users about basic and specialized applications. Will be at the front line of corporate technology implementations, learning the new technologies, preparing the executive team for use and supporting the technologies through their lifecycle.
Provides in-depth support and leads problem-solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. Responds to inquiries and requests for assistance with organization's computer systems or PCs and resolves customer inquiries for one or more products or services. Analyzes moderate to complex issues and determines appropriate technical area or vendor to resolve problems.
