I have 14 years of experience in the roofing industry and am familiar with all types of roofing and every aspect of the business. I was nominated as a board member for the Virginia Associaiton of Roofing Professionals in 2018 where I served 6 years and am still an active member. I helped develop multiple new service locations for Baker Roofing, trained salesmen, implemented numerous systems at Baker and Beck Roofing that they still use to this day, and in my tenure at Beck Roofing have been vital in doubling the annual gross revenue of the service department.

I have 3 kids who are my life once I leave work My 13 year old son started getting into football and basketball a couple years ago so I started training with him and he made the school football team last year, this year we are training to try out for the basketball team as well My 6 year old daughter started getting into softball for the first time this year so I am coaching her softball team My 2 year old daughter loves playing with Legos but I'm still having a hard time finding her a Lego league to compete in Other than that I got a decent golf swing and enjoy hitting the course every now and then
