  • As the market sales leader for California my area of responsibility spans 34 locations
  • I was hired because of my expertise in building winning cemetery sales teams
  • My main objective was to make our cemeteries profitable which I have done in short order through extensive recruitment and hands on training
  • The sales teams that existed when I arrived were very green and literally had zero direction
  • I trained the team on the importance of daily activity including prospecting and using the tools provided to them such as CRM to track their daily activities
  • To date we are enjoying tremendous success, and the California market is the crown jewel of Foundation Partners Group achieving between 110% to 145% of quota monthly.

  • I quickly reenergized the team with an aggressive recruiting campaign
  • Within three months we were well above quota and atop the Kentucky market.

  • I joined the team at Sunset Hills, with the unique opportunity of ownership at the cemetery
  • In order to accomplish this, the owner Chet Hitt, set up some very lofty goals for me to achieve over 5 years
  • Sunset Hills was a sleepy cemetery, only producing $60k - $80k per month in combined Heritage/PAF
  • I was able to identify some of the “superstars” on the existing team and build upon this foundation
  • Sunset Hills Memorial Park is now the premier cemetery in its respective location, easily out selling our competitor and consistently producing $500K in combined Heritage/PAF.

  • Was hired by North Star Memorial Group to lead newly acquired (mega park), Greenwood Memorial Park in San Diego
  • In less than 6 months combined Heritage/PAF sales went from up $350k per month to close to $1 million dollars monthly
  • This was accomplished by quickly gaining the trust and confidence of my team
  • I then went on a recruiting campaign that more than doubled the entire sales force
  • We had a total of 22 Family Service Counselors and around 50 community service sales counselors.

  • Was hired on as Area Sales Manager over 15 locations after 4 years of consecutive losses
  • I Quickly identified what was causing the locations to fail, and implemented winning strategies for success by hiring, training, and motivating the right individuals
  • These changes brought on an immediate impact in the numbers, at all locations, with all locations reporting drastic gains from the first month on.

  • Quickly hired, trained, and retained a quality sales staff of 18-25 community service counselors
