I have to prepare food in a sterile setting and cut, cook and serve the meats to several tables around the restaurant. Have to work as a team and be very safe with sharp knives near customers. When the Gaucho manager isn’t present I am put in charge of the team.

Summer camp job I do seasonally. This is my last year most likely. I basically run the camp for a week coming up with a theme for the kids and oversee all things with the staff. I am the go to guy if there is an issue among staff or issues with the campers. It’s the top non camp ownership position. I am also a senior cabin leader so I basically manage and care for a group of up to 12 kids from 10-17 for an entire week.

I handled customer service and would do pretty much any kind of repair on any vehicle. Had to have empathy as we had people of different economic states need repairs on their cars.
