  • I have worked here at UMMS for the last 10 years, I have been responsible for all aspects of maintaining buildings. I am responsible for working directly with tenants and managers as well as vendors to make sure the best results of work orders, weather they be a simple Picture being hung or a wall being built and painted, etc. I can be asked to repair or improve anything in the buildings, I currently am working on several projects, painting, drywall, frame repair, I work on doors weekly and have repaired and replaced many ceilings, Suspended and drywall<
  • I have also been supervising our snow removal contractors for the last 10 years LEI) I work directly with them on how things are done and make sure UMMS expectations are met, most importantly that our staff and students are safe from slippery conditions and walks and lots are down to pavement at ALL times!!
  • I have assumed many different roles here at UMMS and have always accepted them with 100% hard work, we were ALWAYS short handed and I was never afraid to help out with xtra work, in fact enjoyed it.
