Reaming, counter sinking, riveting, and sealing.

Install fasteners, rivets, hi-loks, nut plates and click bonds.

Trimming, drilling, potting, bonding, filling and sanding.

Remove finish, disassemble, and remove damage composite material.

Taper sanding, core removal and chamfer core to specific measurements.

Hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, and de-bag.

Mix and apply bonding adhesive to details and assemblies.

Hand and machines finish parts to required tolerances and fit into completed assemblies.
