System Design and Layout:

• Utilized Aurora Solar and Scanifly for system modeling, shade analysis, production estimates, and layout design.
• Reviewed and approved design packages for AHJ and utility submissions, and collaborated cross-functionally to streamline the design-to-installation workflow.
• Developed internal design standards and monitored performance metrics to improve accuracy, turnaround times, and consistency in construction documentation.

Site Surveying:

• Conducted detailed roof measurements and documented roof structural and electrical infrastructure data.
• Engaged with customers to review conduit routing, equipment placement, and interconnection methods.
• Operated drone to capture aerial imagery for upload into Scanifly software to support system design.
• Responsible for scheduling and attending electrical and building post-install inspections with county inspectors.

• Led teams of 2–4 installers on residential solar projects up to 30kW, including ground-mount systems requiring trenching, conduit installation, wire pulling, and operating skid steers for helical anchor placement.
• Managed project timelines and coordinated with stakeholders to ensure schedule adherence and quality standards.
• Gained experience in conduit work, final system testing, and overall project leadership.
• Trained new team members on company procedures and safety protocols while promoting a collaborative, positive work environment.

• Serviced and installed residential and commercial photovoltaic (PV) systems, including racking, optimizers, microinverters, and solar panels.
