Material Handler

• Provide necessary resins and supplies for line operation and packaging.
• Properly wrap and label product for shipment.
• Load trucks for transfer to other faciities.

• Operate rubber and silicone extrusion lines.
• Read and interpret blue prints and extrusion paperwork.
• Set up and maintain necessary equipment per order requirements.
• Perform routine measurements for conformance to specifications per quality standards.
• Train new employees.
• Member of safety committee.

• Manage employees to maximize production and quality.
• Process and schedule work orders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate order specifics with sales and shipping.
• Quality control, inspect final product before shipping.
• Operate multiple machines including sheeters, trimmers and wrappers.
• Responsible for opening and closing factory.
• Member of safety committee.
• Warehouse and inventory experience.
