Complete intake interviews with clients and secure program participation agreements.
Assist clients apply for social entitlement such as GA,Tanf,etc.
Monitor and document client progress. Assess client needs and work with client to develop goals.
Complete all required reports, data collection and other documentation.
Responsible for recruitment, information and referral to resources for ex-offenders.
Maintaining contact with clients in the community in an effort to offer support and guidance and linking clients with needed services like employment agencies, Mental/ Substance abuse treatment, and housing/shelter.

Processing the arrival of residents in accordance with established procedures and contract requirements.
Conduct and report accurate counts of all residents in facility.

Conducting pat searches of residents, Searching property that in brought into the facility by residents and visitors eliminate the possibility of contraband coming into the facility.
Collect random urine specimens on residents.
