Assembler Installer:

• Worked Forward and AFT cargo closure on A deck
• and B Deck
• Worked Wing Laydown
• Worked wing panel final installation
• Worked on V Fin.
• Worked installing interiors all the way through customer expectance.

LEAD:

• Cargo Closer Final customer inspection. Floorboards, ceilings, and sidewalls.
• Wing laydown, wing tip work, and final panel closers.
• Put into work a process for storing wing panels from wing laydown to reinstall in pos 2.
• Worked with Industrial Engineering to set up Bar Carts for daily workload.

Temp Manager:

• Created the preservation program for 787 with the assistance of FAA and Engineering on the field.
• Created a system to remove and reinstall the P100 and 200 power panels for rework. The team created a pulley system that hooked to the floor. .

Manager:

• Managed a team for the P100 and P200 power panel rework.
• Managed a team on the field for cargo closure all the way through customer acceptance.
