• Sorting/Stacking various grades and species of boards off the conveyer belt, often times in excess of 16 feet and a few hundred pounds
• Rolling out stacks of wood in proper position and orientation to be taken by the (gargantuan) forklift
• High levels of environmental awareness, communication with coworkers, and the flexibility to shift gears to help others, or change duties quickly.
• Following safety protocols and wearing mandated equipment to maintain a secure working environment and prevention of bodily injury
• Understanding and following proper lockout/tagout procedures when cleaning equipment and heavy machinery
• Showing up to work and/or our stations early or on-time with a high level of punctuality to ensure proper smooth on schedule operation of the facility

Typical work week :

• 10-12 hours/day
• 5 days/week

Reason for leaving :

• Start of next university semester

• Serving food
• Preparing ingredients
• Preparing dishes over an open flame or with the use of an oven.
• Mopping/sweeping floors, cleaning tables, and generally everything else needed in order to keep a tidy and clean dining hall experience
• Washing all the kitchen and dining equipment/ware involved in the making, serving, and consumption of food items at the establishment
• Maintaining proper sanitary conditions and accounting temperatures of food items at steam tables
• Maintaining stock of items at self-service stations
• Taking out the trash, and restocking garbage containers of their liners
• Opening/closing procedures of stations, and the dining hall as a whole

Typical work week :

• 4-6 hours/day
• 2-3 days/week

Reason for leaving :

• End of university semester

• As a crew member of the grounds crew my job consistently of different landscaping tasks, but also other maintenance work.
• My primary job was to take care of the sandpits, but often I was given other tasks like trimming, fixing gravel roads, mowing grass, filling ice and water coolers, taking care of trash around the course, and etc.

• 6-8 hours/day
• 6 days/week

Reason for leaving :

• Start of university

• My duty crossed over a variety of things. Basically just landscaping work across the gold course.
• Maintaining the high standards of excellence expected of the grounds of the area. Including but not limited to, trimming, shoveling, sandpit raking and de-weeding, and blowing.

• 6 day/Week
