Conduct daily circut audits on the sx plant, change flows to keep levels on the ponds to the desired levels recomended.check copper content on incoming solution, change amps to keep copper at the desired levels. Check GPMS on all pumps,adjust as needed.

Cordinate with all supervisors, and conduct any task that needed to be done. Fill in any position that was needed in all departments, including crusher,leach pad,lab,refinery,enviromental. Do projects for the mine site that other departments did not have the staff to do so.

Conduct site hazard training for all oncoming contractors, and delivery drivers. Safety audits on all departments, monthly inspections on all fire extinguishers. Daily safety meetings.

• Completed required shift logs and reports, highlighting routine activities, suspicious circumstances and critical incidents.
