  • -Generate Joint Desired Points of Impact (JDPI) graphics on an operational and strategic level for Intelligence Community (IC) validation in accordance with the MCIA Target Material Production (TMP) Work Center (WC) SOP and the DIAI 3000.002. -Produce real-world aim-points for coordinate-seeking weapons on deliberate targets to meet time-critical mission requirements in accordance with CJCSI 3505.01. -Maintain individual monthly proficiency in all three geo-positioning methods. -Conduct Collateral Damage Estimates (CDE) in accordance with CJCSI 3160.01, and provide finished graphics to facilitate USMC target nominations for Joint Targeting Coordination Board consideration and subsequent Combined-ATO prosecution. -Perform multi-sensor imagery exploitation in order to produce tailored IMINT products to include helicopter landing zones, beach studies, port facilities, lines of communication, and airfield studies in support of MCIA intelligence requirements. -Conduct research and submit collection requirements in order to produce core target materials (CTM) in accordance with CJCSI 3370.01A and unit SOPs.
  • -Successfully completed a deployment with USSOCOM conducting an overseas diplomatic facility survey in order to provide planning data for the successful evacuation of American citizens in case of natural disasters or Noncombatant Evacuation Operations. -Developed basic, intermediate, and advanced targeting for 13 facilities ISO of III MEF USPACOM Targeting operations IOT Help lighten the workload of the III MEF TMP Cell. -Collaborated with USSOCOM leadership on the importance of, and how to integrate beach surveys; and compare them to products supplied by MCIA IOT judge and increase the accuracy of MCIA's intelligence products disseminated to the Intelligence Community. -Analyzed, produced, and quality checked numerous Landing Beach studies in support of future operations for U.S. Special Operations Command Integrated Survey Program. -Maintained proficiency in Precise Point Mensuration by dropping 48 proficiency points and creating four Technical Data Reports in all three required methods. -Currently serving as MCIA's command appointed Victim Witness Advocate Coordinator ensuring Marines are afforded their rights throughout the criminal justice process.

  • -Successfully re-certified with the 3d Intel Bn, TMP Cell as a PPM analyst scoring the highest with all 15 aimpoints being dropped within three feet or less of the targets. -Produced 25 real-world mensurated aimpoints, created 63 JDPI and CDE graphics, conducted Quality Check (QC) on 58 targeting and CDE products, and researched over 110 real-world targets, ISO US Forces Korea (USFK) and III MEF OPLAN 5027. -As night GeoInt Chief; Managed and prioritized requests for information (RFI), supervised production of 30 production requirements and liaised with the Division staff as the GEOINT chief at 3d MARDIV G2 ISO exercise Ulichi Freedom Guardian. -Created a SharePoint website for the 3d Intel Bn TMP WC IOT disseminate targeting products throughout the entire IC and to provide guidance to new USMC TMP WCs. -Maintained monthly proficiencies in all three NGA-approved geo-positioning methods as a Strike Imagery Analyst by creating 180 aimpoints and JDPI graphics. -Continuously revised and updated TMP SOP and Desktop Procedures IOT maintain proficiency and readiness resulting in the successful recertification of the TMP WC.
