Current Safety Engineer at Frontier-Kemper Constructors, Inc., I execute safety programs for locations and minimize company safety losses. I develop a culture to anticipate and prevent health hazardous conditions, and investigate incidents, determine root cause and develop corrective actions. I support HSE inspections, audits and self-assessments, and handle industrial hygiene, equipment protection, machine guarding and other health and safety programs. I am certified as a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) and a National Registered Paramedic (NRP) by the relevant authorities. I also have experience as a medic in various emergency settings in Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside counties, and as a lead safety medic and safety specialist for Walsh Shea, a heavy civil/underground mining light rail project for Metro , plus additional experience with Frontier Kemper as Safety Engineer. I am an American Heart Association Instructor for First Aid, Advanced Life Support, Pediatric Life Support, International Trauma Life Support, CPR, and AED training, and a MineArc Operator Instructor. I have multiple skills in construction safety, CPR instruction, and Emergency Medical Services working in a 911 setting .
