My role had me performing these tasks daily: managing another service advisor, three technicians, scheduling appointments, handling sales, ordering parts, scheduling returns, and keeping inventory stocked.

Helping customers locate, order, and pay for parts through various distributors. Providing exceptional customer service making sure every customer has been helped and leaves satisfied with their visit. Setting up new displays for products around the store. Managing my team to get daily tasks done in an orderly manner. Installing batteries and wiper blades. Maintaining correct counts and organized inventory and backroom while keeping front room stocked and presentable. Opening/closing registers and store, handling bank deposits and cash orders. Personal accomplishments while being here include being one of the highest salesmen in my district, and being one of the five selected in our district to be enrolled in our General manager training program.
