Led effort as president of the homeowner’s association, school board, and parish’s finance committee, that turned around a challenged financial situation and put each organization into a stronger financial position. Designed the operating and capital budget for charities that enabled them to overcome financial challenges while achieving large capital projects. Created and persuaded members of the need for each large-scale capital plan, created budget with unique financing for each project that was so innovative that dues were not raised nor was there a need to borrow money to finance. Managed governmental and regulatory approval process for each, oversaw numerous vendors, including legal staff, engineers and contractors and ultimately achieved successful completion of each project.
