• Leadership: I held several supervisory positions including hiring, training, and evaluating staff, as well as coordinating and facilitating staff meetings and orientations and have numerous "record well" achievements and recognized as having achieved the drilling and completion of the first underbalanced well ever done in Canada. Was regularly asked to mentor, troubleshoot and organize fellow supervisors within companies of whom Im was employed. Experienced in being the prime contractors "on site field representative" and responsibilities and obligations it entails. Regularly saving on project time lines and and estimated costs.
