  • As a retail sales associate I would walk around the store and fix anything that was out of place
  • If anything needed to be restocked i'd go in the back and restock anything that was empty

  • During the holiday season I'd also stand outside at one of the many merchandise carts we had and would also check customers items there as well
  • I was able to adapt quickly the ever changing situation I was put in, and even when things got difficult I was able to do my job very well and efficiently
  • On multiple occasions working outside i've brought in the most sales and was able to easily adjust to the amount of people wanting to buy items

  • As a concession stand worker I am tasked with many different things
  • There are 2 main jobs I alternate between that being a cashier where I took people's orders, and a cook where I'd make the customers food
  • As a cashier I greeted the customers in a friendly manner, rang up their order, and gave their change back if there was anything
  • The other job I alternated between was a cook
  • I cooked things like hot dogs, burgers, chicken sandwiches, funnel cakes, pretzels, and made nachos
  • I made the food quickly and sanitarily
  • When food orders would come in I restocked the freezer and fridge in a neat way making it easily accessible whenever needed
  • I was able to learn in a very fast paced environment, I acted quick on my feet and communicated very well with my coworkers
  • Whenever a customer had trouble speaking English and understood Spanish better I was the person that would help them in the best way I could
  • I helped make sure the work area was clean at the end of the day, I also washed and cleaned the airfryer and any other utensils that were dirty.

  • I worked mostly in Omni and in store fulfillment department
  • I was tasked with searching in store and shopping for customers, finding their orders and fulfilling them
  • Once the items were found I would go down and package them up and put a label on them, then I'd put the package down and got it ready to ship
  • I did BOPUS orders also which was also in store customer shopping, but was for urgent orders I had to get in an hour or less
  • I was very friendly and helpful to any customers that had any questions for me while I was working
  • I would occasionally help stock in the back of the shoe department and organize the products that were already on the floor
  • I was also trained to do amazon returns and would greet the customers in friendly manner and did everything I could to help them return their items without any problems.
