I host a show called Jazzy Fridays every Friday from 2-5pm. I interview local musicians and play some great jazz music with lots of segments in between. The main idea of the show is to give musicians a voice and to promote live music and just music in geneal to audiences. I have had guests from freshmen students in college all the way to grammy award winning artists like Kenny G. I also organized the creation of an original theme song by getting local musicians and composers to collaborate together. Has had a part in making the campus radio station have more eyes on it and grow it as a program as a whole. The radio show runs all year long even through holidays which is the first student ran radio show to do that on the WTAMU campus. It is also one of the only radio shows to have its own social media presence with a Instagram and Youtube used to post show interview with both audio and visuals.
