I have always loved working as a team and using a collaborative effort to complete a task - this aspect has allowed me to succeed in Baking & Pastry labs I completed throughout Freshman Year of Culinary School. Being able to depend on others and having others depend on me and creating beyond satisfactory products is an aspect I love about the Baking and Pastry field.
