General Labor
As being a general labor for Crowns Roofing the task we had to do was to work in the cold as well in the heat. Having to put 40 or more hours in a week, as well with no call-in.
As a general labor we had:
• add shingle
• remove shingles
• talk to the homeowners
• Replace certain shingles
• or do the entire roof in 1
• Being fast & reliable
• time management
• team player
Working in the roofing industry the most important part of the job was time management and transparent communication. The job couldn’t have been done in a timely manner without communication, and that’s something we had to learn and work on. Whether we needed more nails or shingles to passes on to even asking other team members if they needed our help with any task they were facing.
