* Shift Supervision - Lead 12 process and board technicians on shift work to run plant operations on a 24/7 process.

* Operations SME - Responsible for coordination of operations needs for maintenance , compliance, safety and final product spec compliance.

* Maintenance Planner - Worked with operations to provide maintenance support for daily maintenance requirements as required by operations to maintain consistent plant operations.

* Maintenance Turnaround Group - Turnaround group lead for hydrocarbons and Olefin's turnarounds. Responsible for all aspects of planning, supplies, parts and staffing for turnarounds up to 75mm is cost. Responsible for turnaround timeline and releasing plant back to operations on or before completion date for start up.
