• Schedule, assign, and oversee time and attendance for operators in each area and organize data in 'Employee Scheduler.' Ability to coordinate various presses and coordinate operator schedules to optimize product production while ensuring operators are being cross-trained on multiple types of presses
• Manage shift based on Bill of Materials; facilitate BOM changes when necessary
