My journey includes transforming lives through yoga, Qi Gong, fitness, and leading by example.

Practiced the Shaolin Arts 20-30 hours a week including Kung Fu, Qi Gong, and meditation.
Studied Buddhism, Taoism, and Chinese Culture.
Lived and worked in a monastic community including kitchen, animal care, gardening, cleaning, assistant teaching.
Led and assisted in martial arts classes including after school programs. Primarily taught children ages 4-12 years old. Received first degree black belt.
