As a dedicated teacher leader, I have worked extensively to enhance educators' instructional practices and habits, with the goal of maximizing their effectiveness in the classroom. My efforts have centered on improving and refining daily teaching routines to foster higher levels of student engagement and improved academic outcomes. Over the past year, I have also collaborated on the development and implementation of a comprehensive cell phone policy at Newark High School, which is aligned with the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework.
