  • Experience in commercialization programs to NPI teams supporting NPI team Phoenix, Juggernaut, Galaxy, Globetrotter in various phases. Led efforts on capability improvement, yield improvement, and dual-sourcing as a part of these projects. Strengths in cost modeling, PPU, and design of experiments to meet design requirements, business, and customer expectations.
  • Deployed new technologies from lab development to scale-up in the factory such as NTI Albeado: HTB for new bead technology to enable new bead constructions and reduced emissions. Led justification, qualification and CMP efforts for the team
  • Supported MA23 oven upgrade team to enable 30% faster drying and curing to enable growth
  • Collaborated with AIM portion of FMS to develop pattern recognition for vision and inspection of graphic LP utilizing BART to reduce quality defects over $500K, UV LED to improve PPU and quality and linespeed improvement in support of Wroclaw AFE
