Tool sets include: ESI 9820 Laser Systems, TEL probers including ( TEL Celcia 12, TEL Celcia5 and TEL Precio XL probers. Accretech probers including (UF3000/EX and UF3000 I5. H Despatch Bake ovens. Teradyne test systems. Verigy test systems. Agilent and keithley param systems. Several different SIG testers including DRAM and NAND testers. RORZE RSC172 wafer sorter, Recif G5 wafer sorter.
