Meritorious Unit Citation
On September 20th, 2018 I was one of twelve members of the Raleigh Police Department that volunteered to respond to assist Wilmington NC, with Hurricane Florence recovery efforts. Facing Challenging work conditions, adverse lodging circumstances, and fluctuating shift hours, we provided invaluable assistance for seven days. We worked in areas of town most significantly impacted by the hurricane by providing security and proactive patrols.
