Accomplishments

I have had to train coworkers in methods of my craft to insure the best of new hire employees. I excel in speaking to large groups or one on one with employees and coworkers. I've lead a few seminars in instructing employees for companies on new welding and processes. I feel like I would be a great addition to the further education of new and current millwrights in local 2232.
