
Working in warehouses since high school, and grown a lot since then from basic picking/packing to problem solving, inventory management, developed a great relationship with our other departments and my employees as well.
Oversee both of warehouse and our drivers. We run our own fleet of 8 trucks 5 days a week. I insure all maintenance is set up forbthose trucks with our leasing company and keep up to date records of DOT cards for our drivers.
Our company does next day delivery so making sure everything is picked packed processed and loaded for the next day deliveries.
I assist the purchasing manager in forecasting all of our winter product orders for the season (ie shrink wrap for boats and antifreeze). To insure both that our warehouse has store it all without issue and that our customers can get all of their product in a timely matter.

Ran the outgoing freight from measurements and weights to shopping around the shipment to get the best possible price.
Personally packed and labeled all of our show product to our 3 different showroom locations. Each box was marked with a number for what was inside and which pallet it went out on.
