Responsible for trash clean up, room service as a door man, maintaining dog poop trash, keeping clean bathrooms and lobbies and outside pool and grill areas, keeping planters clean and showing hospitality and helping whenever front desk needs something or guest. Maintaining doorways hallways with visible cleanliness and safety.

Reported to crew leader on what kind of landscape needs cleaning and total preservation of landscape. Working with a team and helping each other out getting things cleaned up and bagging leaves and trimming. Heavy on making things look clean as for commercial fronts.

Preserving property, while holding account of office surplus and refurnishing offices with quality chairs and desks. Took specific directions and communicated on daily tasks(duties) as well as staying up to date with changes with the green job corp director and facility manager.

Conducted routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety compliance.

Assisted in repairs and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Supported facility management team in organizing work orders and tracking maintenance requests for timely resolution.
