I can make difficult decisions under pressure, adapt to new systems and methods, and excel in training and instruction. I also demonstrate strong leadership and professionalism. My military experience as an active duty Marine for 20 years, including Operation Enduring Freedom, showcases my dedication and effectiveness in challenging environments. Additionally, I was able to obtain my bachelors degree from Campbell University while simultaneously working as a civilian Marine at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune which farther demonstrates the strength of my skill set.

• Facility Management: Experienced in forklift operations and other materials handling equipment. Integral in coordination and liaison with requesting units in utilizing the Range Facility Management Support System software (RFMSS) to conduct Range management functions such as ammunitions tracking, range usage, incidents and scheduling. which produced the weekly training area schedule and overlays by utilizing RFMSS input and hard copy request from a multitude of users. Developed airspace schedule for restricted airspace. Issued tasks and specific instructions for patrolling and inspecting ranges and training areas on a 54,000 acre complex, Responsible for real-time preparation of special use airspace allowing an effective co-use program with Federal Aviation Administration, particularly with Dulles and Regan National air traffic controllers, Streamlined procedure to support Federal Law Enforcement Agencies in arranging directly related to National Security.
• Operations: Managed movements of 50 vehicle fleet providing security for follow on forces, Planned the training for over 150 employees to meet mandated requirements. As the Equal Opportunity Representative conducted command climate surveys for over 400 Marines in 3rd Battalion 8th Marines. While in combat situations, successfully established security measures for company operations and also supervised logistical movements of essential materials needed to reinforce adjacent units. Assisted in planning, coordinating and execution of training for more than 500 Marines and Sailors. Successfully moved 80 Marines from sea to land with little notice and planning time. Served as liaison between Joint Task Force in Djibouti and Battalion Landing Team 3/8
• Leadership: Managed weapons specialist and crew members, Instructed and assisted in the training of entry level employees, Maintained training statistics records which tracked individual training standards., Prepared reports detailing student success rates which calculated gradation percentage, Advised manager on all issues discipline, morale and welfare, Planned and evaluated security plans to protect assets ranging from communications equipment, weapons, and vehicles to food and personnel, Applied leadership concepts in clear manner. Instructed employees on Equal Opportunity. Led combat patrols to provide security for medical personnel while they delivered services to wounded civilians. Trained employees in basic security and weapons handling. Conducted recreation and fitness programs to assist team members in maintain proper height and weight standards. Provided security for 1000 refugees in hostile environments.
• Safety: Knowledge of respiratory protection program and confined space procedures for the protection of employees. Assisted with fit testing of masks to ensure gases cannot seep through medical devices and train staff in proper usage of masks. Participated as a confined space entrant, attendee, and supervisor for confined space entry. Assisted with planning and conducting safety meetings to ensure staff compliance with environmental policies. • Communication: Liaised with different branches of service to conduct a Combat Fitness test , Coordinated and executed Marine Corps Ball in support of the Camp Lemonier Marine Detachment in Djibouti Africa, Relayed vital information concerning the wellbeing of personnel in high stress situations, monitored emergency channels with the ability to respond immediately to assist others in harms way. Established procedures for receiving equipment and materials for training. Planned, coordinated, de-conflicted and directed all company level movements and training evolutions for 4120 students. Familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
