  • To make sure that all staff is following the work protocol and making sure every customer is satisfied upon leaving the shop.
  • To diagnose customers vehicles and find what is causing the issue, wether that be with a diagnostic computer or a more mechanical like test, then build the estimate for the customer and get in contact with them and see what they would like to do with issue.
  • To always be ready to answer any questions for the new staff that may not know the answer to and make sure they are well suited for the next time the issue may come up.
