Experience Line Cook, I am currently working to further my knowledge and experience in all aspects of the kitchen and continue my education towards becoming a Restaurant owner. I have experience at greasy spoons and anything in between fine dinning. I also have extensive experience in breakfast/brunch egg cook service.
Responsible for receiving, storing and distributing material and lightly installing materials, tools, equipment, from venders to customers. Manual labor for the job site and clean up.
Egg cook/Line Cook while opening the kitchen on the weekends, set up the line for busy breakfast service.. Cook and prep during both slow and busy times. Also created and prepped. for daily specials.
