I am currently responsible for all work orders,

Coordinate with all contractors, scheduling appointments and emergencies, keeping up with state regulations currently in charge of all landscape on property.

At a moment notice I get called on the radio to fix something broken in the building and drive a resident to an appointment in the Shuttle.

I am responsible for chemical orders for the laundry department housekeeping, and the kitchen supplies

Responsible for all operations of hotel, maintenance, plumbing air conditioning electrical drywall texture paint also includes large restaurant next-door and six three-story condos my three maintenance employees. I instruct them how to perform work orders and fix anything on the property.This includes all of the landscape.

• Installed new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings with precision and attention to detail.
• Troubleshot complex HVAC problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
