I served as the senior enlisted advisor to the company commander on matters related to the training, morale and welfare of the enlisted Soldiers within my company.
I oversaw 15 and directly supervised 7 Soldiers with seven different occupational classifications as part of a larger Civil Affairs organization and provided support to an additional nine officers.
I developed, coordinated and conducted training for my company and worked with local leaders to include my Soldiers in civic events.
