Consistently update clients with their vehicle needs, estimates, and the timeframe of progress. Thoroughly proofread repair orders and documents to ensure proper grammar, vocabulary and punctuation.

Contribute to service ticket writing and tagging of customer vehicles, courteously greet customers and assist with initiating service requests. Immediately respond to customer concerns, questions and quickly handle specific issues to assist service advisors. Furthermore, assisted in creating courtesy vehicle contracts and scheduling appointments.

Worked solely as a service porter.
