  • Made 10 to 30 cold calls daily for assigned portfolio and completed cold calls to increase donor engagement for the university stewardship efforts that spotlighted alums within the University's monthly sports-specific newsletters.
  • Cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of new donors and existing donors who gave annual gifts greater than $999.99
  • Cultivated relationships with coaches, student-athletes, alums, and athletics department support staff across 18 different sports to create and release monthly (66) sports-specific newsletters to increase engagement with alums that led to a 49% open rate and $76,887.18 raised in philanthropic giving.
  • The newsletter's engagement led to $579,877 from 3,909 donations in support of Oregon State Athletics for the 2023 annual campus day of giving, surpassing the previous year's 2022 annual day of giving of $477,282 from 3453 donations.
  • Led stewardship plan, sending Thank-View emails to over 18,347 donors, led to a 60% open rate by regularly updating acknowledgment letters and ensuring they are sent weekly to donors making a gift. Oversaw bi-weekly gift acknowledgment packages for first-time Athletics donors
  • Strategized with Our Beaver Nation Athletics Development Department regarding athletics recognition events to assist with stewardship initiatives for donors and board members.
  • Managed the fundraising strategies for the Communications and Stewardship Sub-Committee. Cultivated strong relationships with board members, donors, prospects, and the philanthropic community to keep the University’s foundation needs at the forefront.
  • Entered and maintained accurate and complete prospect and donor data in the development database.
  • In partnership with College of Engineering Major Gift Officers, worked with an Oregon-based corporation to qualify, cultivate, and solicit corporate donors for Catalyst Scholarships.
