During my rating period as a Senior Ethics Program Specialist , I achieved outstanding results. I had a 100% accountability and completion rate on close to 2,000 ethics related actions, allowing ethics to exceed Health and Human Services reporting and accountability standards in applicable key metrics. I also exceeded the metrics for reviewing outside activity and official duty requests with an average of 10 days to completion. My attention to detail in addressing ethics related requests was timely and thorough. I provided a thorough review of actions and provided detailed results impacting conflicts of interest analyses that were consistent with ethics policy and the Standards of Ethical Conduct.
