Responsible for the success of the manufacturing team by meeting department goals on quality, yield, productivity, cost and safety. Responsible for training and developing employees and ensuring they follow company's guidelines and policies to maximize production and customer satisfaction. Perform inventory of material in the area. Lead area projects to reduce cost and increase productivity by improving processes and methods. Create employee dynamic schedules to ensure rotation of employees and overall mastery of the area.

Ensure to meet production schedules. Help team meet quality targets and reduce scrap. Ensure work instructions are followed correctly and train new employees on several areas. Be in charge of work area in the absence of the supervisor. Help maintain a safe, organized and clean area following 5S standards.

Responsible for setting up the production line according to the area's daily goals and schedules. Running production equipment following work instructions and training to ensure quality, maximize productivity and meet company's expectations.
