Management professional with 10+ years of experience in sales, renewals, customer success, customer service, training, client management, internal customer management, restaurant management and recruiting. My sales career started in a recruiting role where I was able to become a high-performance representative within 6 months of working there. I was able to do some outside and inside sales roles where I was able to thrive, but due to Covid induced layoffs was cut shorter than anticipated. Technology is one of my passions, so I was able to eventually pilot and create a new role for my current employer where I focused on winning back customers that no longer wanted to renew with us. After creating the role, I worked my way back into management where I now manage a team of 7 pricing specialist in the SMB mountain/central region. I am a fast learning and detail-oriented professional proficient at building and maintaining professional external client relationships. I am looking to build a long-term career where I can enhance my educational and professional skills, along with utilizing my experience and knowledge in sales, renewals, and management to better the team around me.
