Daily Operations & Communication
Communicating with Parents: I am the main point of contact for families. This includes daily check-ins, answering questions, addressing concerns, and keeping parents informed about their child's day and any center-wide news.
Enrolling New Students: This involves giving tours to prospective families, explaining the curriculum and policies, processing applications, and managing waitlists.
Managing Billing: I'm responsible for creating and distributing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on late or missed payments.
Staff Management & Support
Managing Staff and Teachers: This includes hiring and training new staff, scheduling shifts, conducting performance reviews, and handling any disciplinary issues.
Supporting Teachers in the Classrooms: While teachers lead the day-to-day lessons, you often step in to help. This could mean filling in for a teacher who is out, assisting with classroom activities, or providing guidance and resources to help them succeed.
