Summary

Senior Welder/Fabricator with a robust background at Key Technology, demonstrating expertise in metal fabrication while making sure other welders are on task and working safely.

I started as a welder helper at Key Technology in December of 2017 and my skills and abilities were put to the test immediately which was noticed by my lead welder and my supervisor at the time. That allowed me to rise through the welder ranks quickly and be trusted with more complicated projects and I was able to broaden my skills to be more useful in the shop. My Lead left his position in 2021 and I instantly took over all his responsibilities and obligations. I've trained several new hires since then and spent a large amount of time on our facilities safety committee to insure we keep a safe workplace. I've become well rounded in the shop to where I can bounce around to most all different positions on the shop floor to assist when needed.
