  • Directly supervised diverse teams of 1-20 staff members. Collaboratively managed teams up to 100.
  • Achieved clean audit result on the vendor diligence program I created, led, and implemented. This program was the first of its kind at the agency.
  • Collaborated with team of 500 in the development of an OSHA self-audit and training program.
  • Documented and resolved multiple slip and fall accidents outside one employer's entrance, which led to determination that the majority of the reports were false/fraudulent, and resulted in obtaining additional security cameras to protect customers and the enterprise.
