- Achieved a 40% increase in program applicants in Gaza and the West Bank through targeted outreach efforts, utilizing social media and strategic consultations.
- Define a clear project risk register for all Amideast programs with suggested mitigation actions.
- Define a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Plan (MEL) on project progression in accordance with set outcomes, budgets, and Amideast quality standards.
- Conduct pre-departure workshops with participants admitted to programs; maintain and assist in the regular, informed updating of pre-departure courses—their design, content, and delivery.
- Conduct assessments, political research, and Gender Social Inclusion Analysis to inform potential educational and community development interventions for different stakeholders.
