  • Rockville Pedestrian Bridge Rehab – This project was located north bound of Wheaton Maryland crossing Route 355. This bridge facilitated pedestrians with safe passage across Route 355, from Rockville Bus Station to Rockville Business Offices and courthouse. This bridge was so dilapidated deemed unfit for safe usage during our routine site and facility inspections. Once awarded I spearheaded this as one of my first projects. I established communication with GC, project manager, and foreman, scheduled walk-through to review in real time SOW, discuss my style of manage, and their projected start date and schedule submittal.
  • Once this project began, simultaneously several other projects starting. I've multitasks for years now, have been perfecting it , so that daily stability is maximized. Also, this ensures optimum performance, executed every time to stakeholders and executive board members.
