Job Tasks:

• Participate in the project development of the management regulation of public and private vehicles parking in the State of Qatar and monitor its implementation in accordance with Law No. 13 of 2021 on the regulation of parking spaces.

• Prepare a study to address the phenomenon of workers' housing in the centre of family areas in the State and follow up on its implementation, in coordination with the relevant State and municipal authorities.

Job Tasks:

• Prepare and participate in the development plans for the work of the municipal sector in the field of technical affairs and municipal oversight, with regard to amending laws and regulations related to the organization of buildings and the holding of workshops therefor.
• Prepare engineering reports on topics relevant to the work of the Department of Technical Affairs in the municipal sector and submit them to the Deputy Minister.
• Provide technical advice to all engineers in the Office of the Deputy Minister and municipalities on matters related to the work of the Department of Technical Affairs in the municipal sector.
• Participation in the execution of workshops and meetings related to work in the field of technical affairs and technical supervision in the municipal sector.
• Follow up, study and reply to the transactions related to the Department of Technical Affairs and municipal oversight of building violations and infractions and complaints received from the Minister's Office or other bodies.
• Any other tasks assigned.

Key tasks performed to date:

• Conduct studies to determine the planning, organizational, technical and operational requirements for the licensing of motor vehicle services activities in the State of Qatar.
• Participate in the preparation of the new advertising manual and workshops for municipalities on it.
• Participate in the preparation of the new Advertising Law.
• Participate in preparing the requirements for Shura Council advertising licenses, present workshops related to them to specialists in the relevant municipalities and departments, and monitor the campaign with specialists in the deputy minister's office, municipalities and related departments.
• Participate in the designing of a program for the development of reports on State property infringements.
• Provide workshops on reports of infringements on State property to specialists in the Municipal Control Department.
• Participation in numerous workshops and meetings related to the development of regulations and programs for the development of work in the municipal sector.
• Submit many technical reports and testimonies on the treatment of certain problems related to building violations, deformities of public appearance or trespassing on state property, and make recommendations thereon, which in turn contributed to the resolution of these problems.

- Building of the Parks and Artificial Water Unit.

- The building of the funeral section and the development of Umm Salal Ali cemetery.

-Project to beautify city entrances.

-The Gardens Project before the stage of their referral to the management of public parks (Al-Kharitiyat Garden and Al-Dehil Garden).

-Business Services Center project (licence and implementation phase; Public Works and Services Management Authority)

-New City Hall Project (design modification phase; the Public Works Authority and Service Management).

-The project for garage and housing for municipal workers (a joint venture with the municipality of Al-Daein, Al-Zarraa, the stage of issuing the license and implementing it by the Public Works Authority).

-Developmental project of Barzan Castle ; A proposal. The site of the project has been identified as a tourist area under the comprehensive urban plan of the State of Qatar.

-Project for developing the region of high pressure ; A proposal. The areas of high pressure are identified with green areas within the comprehensive urban plan of the State of Qatar.

-Tourist resort project ; A proposal. To use the water of the treatment station after purification to create an artificial lake.

The Institute is licensed by the Ministry of Higher Education and grants an engineering diploma in computer, engineering software and languages.

As a head, I oversaw operations and provided corrective feedback to achieve daily and long-term goals.
