  • I ran a property deal sourcing company with my best friend, and we collected over £100,000 in our first 6 months of business.
  • From May - July 2024, I was responsible for selling our property deals to investors on Facebook.
  • During that period, I collected £60,192 in sourcing fees.
  • We didn't get many inbound leads, so I booked most of our calls by privately messaging prospects in property-related Facebook communities.
  • From August, I was responsible for sourcing property deals (fulfillment). This involved cold-calling landlords on OpenRent, Gumtree, and Spareroom to book appointments for our investors.
  • As business picked up, I hired and managed a virtual assistant. She was responsible for messaging landlords on OpenRent, and collecting their numbers for me to call.
  • In January 2025, we launched a high-ticket coaching offer. I took 13 inbound calls (booked via Instagram and TikTok), and closed 5 (38.5%) of them - collecting £6000 upfront, and a further £4000, 30 days later.
